2) No Refund Policy:
- All fees paid are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the mode of payment, and no refunds will be made under any circumstances, including non-attendance, cancellation by the student, or discontinuation of classes.
3) Class Schedules and Attendance:
- Students are responsible for attending classes as per the schedule provided at the beginning of the course. The institute does not guarantee makeup classes for any missed sessions.
4) Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Institute:
- If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or instructor unavailability, the institute will attempt to reschedule the class. If rescheduling is not possible, the institute will provide a suitable remedy, which may include an alternative class or instructor.
5) Student Conduct:
- Students are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and respect towards instructors and fellow students at all times.
- Misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or violation of institute policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without a refund.
6) Intellectual Property:
- All course materials provided during classes are the intellectual property of the institute and are intended solely for personal use by the students. Reproduction or distribution of course materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
7) Limitation of Liability:
- The institute is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property occurring on the premises. Students are advised to keep their personal belongings secure at all times.
8) Data Protection:
- Personal information collected from students is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is solely for the purpose of record-keeping and managing class operations.
9) Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Should these efforts fail, further action may be pursued through mediation or binding arbitration.
10) Governing Law:
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this locale.
